Clear, pale lemon colour with yellow touches and low viscosity.
Ripe but still developing aroma gives us hints of mature pineapple, tropical fruit, brown butter, vanilla and preserved apples.
On the palate the wine is off dry with medium acidity, higher than average alcohol and a nice round body. Vanilla and dry camomile come through in the taste. Medium-long finish, you get what you were promised from the nose, the sip lingers long, leaving the elegant notes of the grape in the mouth.
Perfect for desserts. Excellent for the complex, less sweet desserts of today, but with its few grams of sugar it pairs well with cheesecake too.
