An old favourite with grape, rose and Muscat aromas, refreshing acidity and a lively, flavoursome palate. Crystal clear, spicy, floral. It is an ideal accompaniment to salads, grilled dishes and fresh cows’ or goats’ cheese seasoned with herbs. We recommend it as an aperitif or a drink to be enjoyed on its own, chilled to 11° C.
